WE are almost 14,000 retirees pensioners of a Brazilian Public Bank, which has fallen in the hands of the Spanish Group “SANTANDER”.

In spite of having our rights assured by the laws of our Country, we have been facing 05 (five) years without inflationary readjustments in our pensions, despite the fact that the Federal Government has already delivered to SANTANDER R$ 4 billion reais (a billion seven hundred and fifty million dollars) in Public Headings of the National Treasure, according to actuaries studies, to make face to the working liabilities which we are part of.

We’d like to mention that SANTANDER has been improperly appropriating the incomes of these Headings, in the base of official inflationary indicator plus 12% a. a, which were destined to the readjustments of the retirees and their widowers and resetting of the funds, respectively, accumulating the current sum of R$ 8 billion reais originary of the public money in its safes.

Victims of this Group, cruel und not human at all, more than 2500 colleagues have died suffering the injustice and knowing that they would leave, as inheritance, unreliability and suffering for their family members.

Therefore, disgusted with the behavior of these unscrupulous bankers, we shall denounce the whole international community, what is happening here in Brazil. SANTANDER taking possession of part of our wages, that could be spent in the domestic market, have sent this deviated sum together with its fabulists profits to Spain."
